I came back around to excitement again just because I was looking forward to another racing game from this developer, and now that I’ve played it pretty thoroughly, I’m not sure exactly what to say. I was sad it was focusing solely on Sonic and cutting the other SEGA characters. I was happy a new SEGA racer from Sumo was announced. I’m a huge fan of the previous Sonic & SEGA All-Stars racing games from developer Sumo Digital, and even now I’m not fully sure if that helped Team Sonic Racing or hurt it.
